The breakfast features proper back bacon, a rare treat that makes mornings more enjoyable. Cleanliness is a standout, with spotless rooms that provide a comfortable atmosphere.

Room bathrooms are on the compact side, which might feel cramped, especially considering the overall room size. noise from nearby bars can interrupt sleep, and the limited evening entertainment inside the hotel doesn't help to keep the atmosphere lively when the sun goes down.

A pleasant surprise in Palma Nova

The hotel was impeccably clean, and our spacious junior suite featured a wonderful shower. The friendly bar staff and excellent food selection made our stay enjoyable.

Our room’s bathroom felt a bit dated, and we occasionally heard noise from the hall. The limited evening entertainment left something to be desired, especially after lively days.

Had a fab time! The pool area is super chill, no rushing for sunbeds, which was awesome. The staff were really friendly and even brought my kid some pool toys to share around. Only thing was the bathroom was kinda tight, but it didn't ruin anything. The poolside snack bar was a lifesaver for quick bites!

The pool area felt a bit cramped at times, particularly during peak hours when securing a sunbed was a challenge. Staff were friendly but somewhat inconsistent in their responses. I encountered some delays in bar service during busier times. the experience was pleasant, but a few adjustments could elevate it significantly.

The location was a dream! A mere two minutes to the beach and surrounded by lush gardens, making it a retreat that seniors can easily access.

More sunbeds by the pool would be wonderful.

I had a fantastic stay with clean rooms and delicious meals every day, but unfortunately, the pool didn’t seem as vibrant as the pictures suggested. I'd definitely return again!
